PRESS RELEASE 

 

We are proud to present the expansion of the Premier Basketball Report with five valuable PBR Associates. We also have officially aligned with the UC Report (the No. 1 recruiting service in college football) and its app UC Verified for an improved database experience for clients as well as player data and measurables collection to further evaluate prospects.? 

 

These five teammates, with their years of experience in the game, have created extraordinary trust within our network and platforms. They have demonstrated an impressive dedication to the growth and stewardship of the development of this game. We have spent time at events, practices, games, and camps – and countless hours sharing philosophies and elements of basketball through all avenues. They also own a large share of the responsibility of the success and execution of the project & PERFECT camp series.? 

 

With the identification, evaluation, and projection of prospects becoming more important, but more spread out, than ever – we knew we needed a more detailed approach across the country in order to serve greater client needs. The grassroots game has evolved immensely over the last five years & there is more to see than ever. Most importantly, the mass of participants (players and families) have expressed the need for more trusted resources of knowledge and credibility.? 

 

Through our vast relationship network and consistent communication + live game viewings and camp participation, we will get eyes on players with their teams coupled with personal on-floor opportunities to view and advise on them and their development environments. We will deliver credible information and evaluations of players that will include measurables, intangibles, and detailed evaluations for the stages of player growth to the various levels of collegiate programs.? 

 

These teammates will join us in our various offerings to college programs, high school and club teams, and of course, players and their families.? 

 

We are grateful and excited for this next step in our service to the game of basketball.? 

 

Meet our PBR Associates 

 

Midwest and East: 

 

Natalie Morse 

  • Graduated in 2013 from Hanover College (Division III) 
  • Guard on the winningest class in Hanover College women’s basketball history?? 
  • After graduation, signed a contract to play for Durham Women’s Basketball in Durham, England for the British Women’s Basketball League (BBL) while studying to get Master’s in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience 
  • Accepted a job at Butler University as the Director of Operations in 2014 and eventually promoted to Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Coach for the 2016-2017 season?? 
  • Left Butler in 2017 to help start Indiana Girls Basketball (IGB) and start a Sports Law group at Church Church Hittle and Antrim 
  • In 2021, became the full time prograum director at IGB on the GUAA circuit 

 

Kianna Ray 

A Texas basketball standout, Kianna spent 2016-2020 playing at TCU where she was a two-time All-Big 12 selection and four-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree. She is now the Head Coach at Dexter Southfield in Brookline, Massachusetts.? 

 

  • She totaled 1,170 career points, 466 rebounds, 401 assists, 205 steals and 133 blocks - the 14th NCAA Division I player to post these numbers since 1999-00 
  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication with a minor in business, and went on to earn a master’s degree in educational leadership with an emphasis in higher education 
  • Spent 4 years in collegiate space with stops at TCU, Pepperdine, and Baylor. During those years she held titles of Coordinator of Video Operations and Analytics, Assistant Coach, and Director of Recruiting and Player Influence? 
  • She spent the previous summer on Adidas Circuit coaching with Southwest Select 15U-17U, and has since moved to the Northeast and taken her coaching efforts to the UAA Bay State Jaguars? 

 

Angela Santa Fe 

  • University of Southern Maine Alum: 2006 National Championship Appearance | 3 NCAA Appearances? 
  • Director of the East Coast- Select Events Basketball 
  • Assists the operations of the UAA and Power 24 | Select 40 Circuits 
  • Head Coach of Regis College 2013-2021 
  • 4 Conference Championships 
  • 4 NCAA Tournament Appearances 
  • 4-time Conference Coach of the Year? 
  • Wootten 150 Court Coach 

 

West: 

 

Derek Griffin 

Derek was born and raised in West Michigan and has lived in Denver, Colorado since 2010. He graduated from Calvin University and has worked in sports his whole life. He has a wife and 3 beautiful children.
